E-commerce Logistics Strategist


Description

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations for a leading e-commerce brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient strategies to ensure smooth transaction flows, high customer satisfaction, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably with leadership/ people management experience. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite is essential. Shopify experience and familiarity with Helium10 are also required.


Responsibilities
  • Amazon/E-commerce Platform Oversight: Manage Amazon and Shopify order management platforms and integration tools to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain to analyze, develop, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners to secure favorable terms and reliable service.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management.
  • Leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Familiarity with Helium10.
