Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Equipment Operator to join our team at Nippon Formworks and Construction Corp. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks essential for project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Moving and handling materials safely and efficiently.
  • Preparing job sites, including setting up scaffolding and ensuring tools and equipment are organized and in good condition.
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks and projects.
  • Digging trenches, mixing concrete, and performing other manual labor tasks as required.
  • Cleaning work areas and disposing of debris to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
  • Able to follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn from experienced workers.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to a collaborative construction team.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
