The Financial Administrative Assistant position at ATC Healthcare International Corp. requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Finance team with various accounting tasks.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Prepare and distribute accurate invoices to customers based on contracts or orders.
  2. Review billing information and terms, including pricing, taxes, and payment terms, for accuracy and compliance.
  3. Communicate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments.
  4. Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile accounts receivable reports with general ledger accounts.
  5. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payment records or balances.
  6. Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.
  7. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  8. Support preparation for audits or reviews by internal or external auditors.
