We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Professional to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Pasay City.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all areas of the hotel are immaculate.
  • Conducting regular room inspections to guarantee compliance with our high standards.
  • Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of equipment to prevent any inadequacies.
  • Notifying superiors promptly of any damages, deficits, or disturbances that may arise.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and requests in a professional and patient manner.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of consumables and replacing them as needed.
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols and being aware of company practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services within the hotel industry.
  • An NCII Certificate from TESDA for Housekeeping.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to work flexible schedules, including night duties.
  • Basic English language skills.
