Job Title: Port Logistics Supervisor

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of vessel and cargo operations. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating loading and unloading activities, assessing the need for heavy equipment, and monitoring vessel movements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and scheduling of loading and unloading of vessels and cargo
* Assessing the need for heavy equipment and assessing the volume/content of barges
* Coordinating vessel movement and arrangement
* Close coordination with the Heavy Equipment Coordinator

Qualifications:
* Graduate of a 4-year course
* Extensive experience in port operations and handling of vessels
* Ability to supervise and handle people
