Tutoring Specialist

• Develop and implement coaching programs to support tutors in delivering data-driven instruction.
• Provide expert guidance on SPED strategies, including autism, ADHD, ELL, and behavior supports.
• Cultivate resources to enhance tutor effectiveness, such as SPED toolkits, sample lessons, and progress-monitoring tools.
• Design and facilitate professional development and coaching sessions to promote best practices.
• Pilot edtech solutions to streamline tutoring processes and improve outcomes.
• Support system enhancements, including streamlined check-ins with tutors, families, and schools.
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing lesson plans for standards and IEP alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field and 3+ years of K-12 SPED experience.
• Proven coaching and PD facilitation skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in UDL, RTI/MTSS, SEL, accommodations/modifications, and behavior supports.
• Data-literate and proficient in Google Workspace/Zoom and listed edtech tools.
