Seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional for a data entry position.

Job Details

This is a full-time remote job with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data from various sources, organizing and categorizing data, preparing reports, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho).
  • Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing).
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus.
