Independent Contractor: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst Professional to drive financial insights, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
- Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
