Upper-elementary Education Role

We are seeking a highly skilled educator to join our team as an Upper-elementary Teacher. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing a high-quality education experience for students aged 8-12.

About the Position

This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong understanding of upper-elementary level education and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. The successful candidate will have a teaching degree and preferably a Master's degree in an education-related field.

The ideal candidate will be an eager educator who is quick to adopt new technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment. They will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of their students and committed to delivering a personalized learning experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional educational experiences for students aged 8-12
  • Contribute to content curation and creation, working closely with other educators to develop engaging lesson plans
  • Collaborate with adults and children to create a harmonious and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the education team
  • Provide daily feedback and support to students
  • Work within cross-functional teams to develop and implement new educational strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of teaching experience with children aged 4-12 (particularly 8-12 years old)
  • A Master's degree in Education or an education-related field
  • An appetite to test new tools and digital offerings in Ed-tech
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to create diverse and inclusive learning spaces
  • The drive to grow and learn with ongoing training and support
  • A mindset aligned with the values, ethics, and morals of the organization
