As a cybersecurity professional, this role is focused on ensuring the security and compliance of our clients' operations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC.

This experienced cybersecurity leader will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading and developing teams, guiding staffing and resource strategies, and addressing client concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple cybersecurity compliance projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Guide staffing, hiring, and resource strategy for the department.
  • Address executive-level client concerns and escalations professionally.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client communications and quality metrics to ensure high standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC frameworks.
  • 5+ years leading and developing mid-sized teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience working directly with US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
