As an Engineering Manager for Managed Services, you will oversee the daily operations of customer environments, ensuring quality and timeliness in service delivery.

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure team health
  • Craft and enforce disciplined processes for engineering and operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and external teams
  • Empower your team to prioritize milestones and deliverables effectively

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality results and meet service level agreements worldwide. You will work closely with product engineering and operations to drive consistent product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
