We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Builder to create professional websites using Squarespace.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Squarespace's platform, as well as an eye for modern design principles and best practices. This role involves leveraging Squarespace's capabilities to craft visually appealing websites that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new websites from scratch and revamp existing sites utilizing the Squarespace platform.
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements.
  • Apply advanced design techniques and industry standards for typography, color theory, and layout to create engaging, branded websites.
  • Prioritize website projects from initial concept through to final launch, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and optimized for various devices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Squarespace development and web design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing proficiency.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in web development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Squarespace platform, including its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective articulation of design choices and collaboration with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for simultaneous management of multiple projects.
