Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our digital solutions in the printing market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build long-term relationships with customers and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maximization of sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand attraction through graphic or digital art design.
  • Bid on new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager, Brand Manager, Key Account Manager, Marketing Officer, Sales Account Manager, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationship skills.
Work Environment:

Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila. We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
