Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our organization in owning and overseeing critical data, processes, and controls. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

The ideal candidate will support monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver precise compensation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Independently prepare and maintain the quarterly compensation workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, adhering to policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.

With a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field, and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role, this individual will be an invaluable asset to our team.
