Job Summary

The role of a Performance Marketing Manager is to oversee paid acquisition across digital channels, driving traffic and optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

This involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key responsibilities include monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Cost Per Action (CPA), and continually improving campaign efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with creative teams to test and iterate on ad creatives and landing pages, managing budgets, media buys, bidding strategies, and attribution frameworks.

Additionally, they will analyze cohort behavior and retention to inform targeting and re-engagement strategies.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying.
  • Proficiency in paid platforms, including Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and scale successful campaigns.
