Job Title

Sutherland seeks a highly skilled Candidate Experience Analyst to manage and optimize our career site, ensuring an exceptional user experience for applicants.

This role requires expertise in Talent Acquisition, User Experience, data analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvements in the candidate journey from first touch to application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Site Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience through intuitive navigation and engaging content.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to ensure seamless platform updates, fixes, and new features that align with business objectives.
  • UX Insights: Analyze user behavior to identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements that drive conversion rates and applicant volume.
  • Data Analytics: Monitor and report key performance indicators such as visits, clicks, time spent, and conversion rates to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with designers and branding teams to develop compelling content and creative optimization ideas that resonate with candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: In-depth understanding of candidate processes and workflows.
  • UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience principles, user journey mapping, and human-centered design.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Vendor Management: Ability to effectively manage third-party vendor relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with global teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors to drive results.
