About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our global marketing team at Azeus Systems Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all global marketing campaigns, working closely with the Global Marketing Manager to set marketing strategies, and tracking performance metrics. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing initiatives for new products or services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, as well as excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills. They will also have a proven track record of executing various global marketing campaigns and managing a global marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies across different channels and regions.
  • Establish and operationalize marketing goals and targets based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Track and oversee the overall marketing budget across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new marketing initiatives for new products or services.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all channels and sales teams.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback.
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of all marketing collaterals and materials.
  • Ensure that inbound marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and optimized to reach lead generation targets.
  • Create and improve outbound marketing initiatives to make sure they are tailored to each targeted region and optimized to reach lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in a marketing or related role. At least 3 years of experience with managing a global marketing team of a B2B multinational company.
