Commercial Lines Insurance Expert

This role is a vital part of our Commercial Lines Department, responsible for educating current clients and attracting new business opportunities.
- Develop insurance proposals for agency producers.
- Provide quotes for top-rated carriers in the industry.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and markets.
The ideal candidate will focus on client retention and sales growth by cross-selling and expanding existing accounts.
- Service existing clients through various communication channels.
- Quote and issue new policies as required.
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI), Evidence of Property Insurance (EOP), and Homeowners Insurance documentation.
The successful candidate will have strong insurance knowledge and experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, coverages, and products.
- Familiarity with the operations of an Independent Insurance Agency.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for cross-selling or upselling policies.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
