About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to drive impactful digital design projects where your expertise shapes user experiences.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients directly, driving projects from concept to completion while collaborating with stakeholders and developers.

You will lead projects autonomously or in collaboration with the Head of UX & Design, taking briefs through user flows, wireframing, design, and dissecting client requirements to spec out design solutions for developers to implement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take briefs from clients and lead them through user flows, wireframing, and design
  • Dissect client briefs to work out requirements and spec out design solutions for developers
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for various clients
  • Have educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justifying design decisions
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and work with the front-end development team to hand over designs and test completed products

To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in UI design, including 1 year of leading projects from start to finish. Expert-level skills in Figma are essential, along with proficiency in creating prototypes and preparing designs for handover to developers.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including designing for handover and creating prototypes
  • A good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • Proficiency in creating responsive designs for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)

  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization
