About the Job

As an Account Growth Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient implementation of approved Sales/Marketing programs, with a focus on ensuring the liquidity of the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Collaborate with the Management to set and achieve aggressive sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  2. Collection Target Management: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, minimizing bad debt and maximizing cash flow.
Requirements

To succeed as an Account Growth Specialist, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
