We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, preferably with Python and Golang experience, and a proven track record of building high-quality, open-source software.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining large-scale data platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
  • Develop and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably with Big Data or MySQL
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
