- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and coordinating with agents.
- Administer sales support functions towards strengthening sales and marketing initiatives by the Business Development Team.
- Process inbound queries from customers, company branches, and accredited agents.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales support in the international freight industry, preferably from an International Freight Forwarder and shipping lines.
- Commercial and pricing understanding.
- Ability in commercial, pricing, operations, and customer service.
- Technical understanding to support the requirements of the sales person.
- Experience in handling RFQ's and bidding for the companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
