Key Role Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as a high-level administrative assistant, providing exceptional support to executives and leadership teams.
Job Responsibilities:- Create and dispatch financial statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses for effective budgeting and planning.
- Analyze trends, industry best practices, and publicly available information, preparing comprehensive reports on the findings (e.g., comparative analysis).
- Organize and maintain vital documents and files in a secure and accessible manner.
- Manage data entry tasks, including lead lists, meeting minutes, payroll information, research notes, and CRM system updates.
- Research and procure products, goods, and samples while adhering to company standards.
- Monitor projects, facilitate internal communication, and manage company data with precision.
- Coordinate team schedules, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely preparation for meetings.
- Prepare travel itineraries, book accommodations and transportation, and make necessary arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, make appointments, and conduct informational inquiries with professionalism.
- Respond to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize the inbox according to client preferences, and notify clients about important messages.
- Synthesize data and content into cohesive reports and presentation slides.
- Upload videos, manage online reviews, and maintain account profiles in an up-to-date manner.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required by the role.
