Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Collection Specialist to join our team at Microbase Motorbike Corp. as a Branch CI Collector. As a vital member of our collections team, you will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive customer relations while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

The primary objective of this role is to recover unpaid debts, minimize financial losses, and support the organization's financial stability. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic.

• Contact debtors via phone or in-person to discuss outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide clear explanations of the debt recovery process
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with debtors
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

• Degree in any field or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with Restriction #1
• Basic arithmetic skills using a calculator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and loyalty

• Previous experience in debt collection or a related field
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding debt recovery

This role requires you to work in various branches across Pangasinan province, including Manaoag, Mangaldan, Calasiao, Lingayen, Bayambang, Malasiqui, Villasis, Binalonan, Pozorrubio, Tayug, and San Carlos.
