About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support

    2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
    3. Work closely with vendors to resolve queries and issues.
  2. Order Management

    2. Verify documents and raise POs as required.
    3. Coordinate with sales reps, customers, and vendors to manage orders.
  3. Customer Service
    1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
    2. Manage shared mailboxes and maintain high-quality communication channels.
  4. Data Integrity
    1. Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure seamless business operations.
    2. Ensure data entry is thorough and precise.
