Job Summary

The role of Video Content Creator is pivotal in driving the digital presence of brands and assisting the marketing team with daily tasks.

This hybrid position is suitable for individuals who excel in front of the camera, possess a passion for storytelling, and are highly organized and dependable behind the scenes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation Strategy
    • Develop and execute content ideas that align with brand goals and objectives
    • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
    • Present engaging on-camera personality and storylines
    • Edit additional video content featuring strong narrative flow, appealing visuals, and high-quality graphics
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and popular formats
    • Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future strategy decisions
  • Content Management Support
    • Assist the marketing team with project coordination, campaign execution, and day-to-day tasks
    • Help organize creative assets, update marketing calendars, and track deadlines
    • Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up initiatives
    • Maintain and manage marketing files, folders, and internal documents to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of college education
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videographer, or digital media professional
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level)
