Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prepare detailed project drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
  • Conduct preliminary field investigations to assess requirements for HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Select appropriate materials and equipment for projects, considering safety, efficiency, standardization, and costs.
  • Coordinate with CAD personnel to prepare design drawings.
  • Maintain and update technical data and drawings of existing and newly completed or modified equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with superiors on project requirements for planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registration as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • At least 8 years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Extensive experience in mechanical engineering design, including HVAC, BAS, piping, and sprinkler design.
  • Knowledge of federal building design and construction regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative approach to new technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Driver's license and Philippine passport.
  • Willingness to be deployed locally and internationally to address project-related issues.
