  5. The Master Planner Professional will prepare material procurement schedules in coordination with the Procurement Team to provide guidance on proper timing of each step of the procurement process.

  6. This role involves updating master programs, manpower loading, and material procurement schedules to reflect actual progress, scope changes, and revisions needed to provide an efficient and effective schedule that facilitates timely completion of projects.

  7. The Master Planner Professional will conduct field scoping to clarify or confirm progress and scope changes.

  8. This role requires coordination with customers, operations teams, concerned department heads, and other trade contractors for efficient resolution of concerns and proper execution of projects.

  9. The Master Planner Professional will maintain systematic and well-organized filing systems for documentation related to planning and scheduling to ensure completeness of records and provide easy access to reference.

  10. This role involves providing back-up relief for other team members and performing ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time to support the department and company.
