Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
  1. Research prospects provided by the Sales Team and identify top key players based on Marketing Operations' Buyer Persona list.
  2. Qualify and verify the validity of leads generated from marketing efforts and create contacts in CRM to assign to Lead owners accordingly.
  3. Identify target companies based on industry, size, revenue, and description.
  4. Research email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles needed for contact profiling in CRM.
  5. Update contact records in Hubspot.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • CRM Tickets:
  1. Manage each call interaction and inquiry that reaches out through our HQ number and provide a timely and accurate response and resolution.
  2. Show professionalism with each customer interaction.
  3. Close and resolve email inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Provide an accurate resolution on submission forms and send feedback to the appropriate department.
