Job Overview

The Enablement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

This role requires an individual with experience in writing, documentation, training, or content creation who is proficient in knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools, preferably Notion.

Key responsibilities include developing a clear, organized Knowledge Base, creating Notion and internal intake systems, designing knowledge checks, establishing quality review processes, defining automation and deflection workflows, producing training materials, and internal documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess strong written English skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable working with tools like Google Suite, Notion, and Canva.

They should also be quick learners, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for support operations, content workflows, training, and quality systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear, organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation.
  • Design and implement Notion and internal intake systems (e.g., tagging, issue types, help articles) for clarity and version control.
  • Design 'knowledge checks', short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates.
  • Establish a process for quality reviews of new content (check formatting, clarity, and consistency) before publishing.
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows (e.g., chat bot responses, auto-resolution content).
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project.
