Senior Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional medical products with logistical excellence, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.   • You will oversee a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments is preferred.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.

  • Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
  • Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience a plus.
