Key Responsibilities:
  • Email and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's email correspondence, prioritize messages, and maintain an organized calendar to optimize time management across multiple customers.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for virtual meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in the maintenance and hygiene of project management tools, ensuring tasks are up-to-date, progressing through the workflow, and check in with collaborators.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Tactical Oversight: Monitor various platforms to ensure responses are monitored and things don't fall through the cracks.
  • Strategic Support: Provide analytical support on various projects and initiatives, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities.
