About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a Logistic Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items loaded to the truck matches delivery documents. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the delivery truck, secure items for delivery at all times, and ensure delivery documents are signed by the customer.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy of items loaded to the truck

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the delivery truck

• Securing items for delivery at all times

• Ensuring delivery documents are signed by the customer

• Handling customer complaints in a courteous and professional approach

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in retail, wholesale, logistics, warehouse operations, or similar field

• Familiarity with delivery destinations
