At SBDMC Inc., we are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of electrical facilities including buildings, infrastructures, and equipment such as telephone, electro-mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Inspection, costing, documentation, and implementation of projects related to electro-mechanical items as assigned by the Division Chief for PM or Department Manager.
  • Conduct site inspections, recommend retrofitting/improvements, and review maintenance-related designs and layouts.
  • Review and evaluate reports and works submitted by subordinate staff, foreman, or other maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with required standards under the Deed of Restrictions and facilitate processing of power billings to ensure continuing power savings measures.
  • Liaison with authorities, Subicwater, Subic Enerzone, SBGP's Locators, and prospective Locators as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
