Product Innovation Role

This is an ideal opportunity for creative and self-motivated individuals who want to develop innovative products.

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and market trends, communicating product visions and strategies, and collaborating with development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps.

As a Product Innovator, you will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products.

Additionally, you will coordinate product launch activities, including marketing strategies and training for sales teams.

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Conduct telephone/video-call customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends that inform product decisions.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide the development process.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products.
  • Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and training for sales teams.

Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is essential, while WooCommerce experience is highly beneficial.

The ability to lead under pressure, inspire agility in your team, and think laterally about products and solutions is also required.
