We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Island Souvenirs, Inc. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the President/CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant. You will possess outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will assist the Company President & CEO in his everyday tasks by providing administrative, organizational, and scheduling structure, and support. You will also prepare complex reports, participate in contract negotiations, and manage schedules and travel arrangements.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective filing management systems, handling confidential documents, and preparing invoices or financial statements. Additionally, you will track and record incoming and outgoing correspondences, project files, and other significant documents of managed properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide executive and administrative support to the President/CEO
- Assist with planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare complex reports and presentations
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
