Cassandras Care Pharmaceutical Needs is seeking an experienced Accounting/Inventory Specialist to join their team.

About the Position:
  • This role involves working closely with the team to maintain accurate financial records, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and inventory management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, updating inventory records, and performing related functions as assigned.

You will also be responsible for processing government benefits and loan payments, filing, and remitting (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create purchase orders based on requirements.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management software or systems.
  3. Update the system for delivery receipts based on sales orders provided by medical representatives.
  4. Update the system for returns based on approved return slips.
  5. Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.
  6. Process, file, and remit government benefits and loan payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
  7. Perform other related functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (proficient in MS Excel).
  • Available for immediate start.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations using computer programs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends.
  • Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
