Key Requirements- Oversee and manage service delivery by meeting all contractual/SLA commitments.
- Lead delivery teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics, monitoring and reviewing delivery dashboards/MIS to track progress and identify potential red flags.
- Manage and resolve complex project escalations and potential risks, acting as an advisor to service delivery managers to meet schedules or resolve problems.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a skilled team of delivery resources, planning training batches to backfill client deliveries during crucial periods.
Education: Graduate/Degree Holder is mandatory. Experience Required: 9+ years in BPO operations, preferably in Travel process. Domain expertise in Travel process will be an added advantage.
