Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

* Offer solutions and process orders, returns, or other service-related tasks based on customer needs.
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
