Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management:
- Provide exceptional support on the reception/front desk by answering calls and inquiries, welcoming clients and visitors, responding to tenant concerns, handling daily mail, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and gatepass processing.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the concessionaire area.
- General Services / Tenant Services:
- Act as the point person/representative in the workplace, coordinating conference room reservations and reporting any issues.
- Provide administrative support to members, ensuring unmatched customer experience and building strong relationships.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, safety and health regulations, and standards.
- General Administration:
- Attend to ticket requests within SLA, assist office tours, offer refreshments, troubleshoot IT concerns, and coordinate vendor services.
- Distribute monthly treats and enforce house rules and security policy.
- General Office Maintenance / Facilities Management:
- Maintain office readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance, conducting random facilities walkthroughs and reporting issues.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Lead for facilities/building issues.
The estimated salary range for this position is $$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
