Marketing Manager Job Description

This is a role for a Marketing Manager who can design and deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads, amplify the client's brand, and fuel revenue growth.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the marketing function on a month-to-month basis, setting campaign priorities, writing compelling copy, and ensuring all creative outputs are delivered on time and on brand.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and launch 1-2 multi-channel campaigns, including HubSpot EDMs, landing pages, and social amplification.
  • Copywriting: Write or refine all core campaign copy, including email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letters, and ad copy.
  • Content Calendar: Manage a rolling calendar covering newsletters, campaigns, and repurposed thought leadership.
  • Reporting: Submit a monthly marketing performance report with insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional copywriting skills, and strong storytelling ability. They should be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing and campaign delivery, and have experience managing and proofing work from designers and video editors.
