Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at GOODYEAR CONTAINER CORP. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication, and electrical/mechanical tasks for machineries and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machineries and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
