Job Description

As a skilled and detail-oriented testing professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and ability to think outside the box will enable you to identify and analyze quality concerns, design effective tests, and document defects and failure rates.

With a strong background in manual testing, you will be responsible for designing test cases and scripts, participating in requirement reviews, and analyzing and reporting on test activities, results, issues, and risks.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans and test conditions.
  • Evaluate design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services, or devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression)
  • Thorough understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring/coaching other testers is a plus
