  3. Month-End and Year-End Close Process: Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries as needed.
  4. Transaction Management and Oversight: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate postings. Ensure the accurate recording of all cash receipts and cash disbursements on a daily basis.
  5. Reconciliations and Internal Audits: Reconcile all bank accounts and other key accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

  8. QuickBooks Online Expertise and Process Improvement: Serve as the go-to QuickBooks expert, resolving system-related issues and answering queries. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
