Advanced Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

This role will involve ensuring the seamless administration of operational activities, particularly in our Lubes bay service workshop. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with new and returning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in accordance with established procedures, including general troubleshooting.
• Drive sales and profitability of our site through recommended automotive services and upselling of applicable packages.
• Provide customers with accurate cost estimates and repair completion updates.
• Monitor ongoing vehicle repairs and communicate status to customers as needed.
• Perform a range of tasks to deliver high-quality customer experiences, including performance of duties and responsibilities, lifting heavy objects, and more.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work in service areas/stations.
• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience.
• Willingsness to be assigned in Bauang La Union.
