Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, strong content management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and EDM campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
