Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ABA data entry specialist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with CentralReach and be familiar with ABA terminology and treatment plans.
- This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely documentation for client progress and reporting.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will enter ABA session data into CentralReach with precision and consistency, review and validate data for completeness and accuracy, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter ABA session data into CentralReach
- Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CentralReach
- Familiarity with ABA terminology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
Work Environment:
This role is part of a clinical team working together to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
