Transaction Coordinator Job Description

At Cyberbacker Careers, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules and schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process
  • Enter all client information into the client database
