Key Responsibilities
  • Verify purchase orders and goods receipts before processing invoices.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Warehouses to resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
  • Accurately record and process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and reconcile supplier statements, addressing issues promptly.
  • Accrue expenses for unpaid invoices at month-end close.
  • Ensure staff claims and credit cards are properly supported with receipts and approvals.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Assist with confirmations from third-party suppliers and intercompany recharges.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams for intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
  • Support auditors on any audit queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior knowledge of SAP ERP is an asset.
  • Analytical, independent, and meticulous approach.
  • Self-disciplined with effective time management in a remote work setting.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
