Content Marketing Position

MCI is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content strategy and drive thought leadership as a remote worker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with B2B buyer needs.
  • Create high-quality assets showcasing expertise through whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation ensuring maximum visibility and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop ABM and nurturing content driving revenue growth.
  • analyze performance across the buyer journey identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate with writers and designers to deliver high-quality content assets on time.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Journalism or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of producing thought leadership and sales content resonating with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword strategy principles.
  • Excellent storytelling and editing skills conveying complex ideas simply effectively.
  • Experience managing content teams and leading cross-functional projects.

  • Authorization to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Willingness to undergo background security investigations as well as drug screening.
